Curious about aerial but not sure where to start? Petals in the Air is a welcoming, beginner-friendly experience designed especially for first-time guests!
This 60-minute event begins with a 30-minute aerial yoga session focused on gentle movement, supported stretches, and feeling comfortable in the hammock. No prior aerial or yoga experience is needed. Everything is guided, approachable, and designed to help you feel at ease.
After movement, you’ll enjoy 30 minutes of bouquet building, where you’ll create your own mini floral arrangement to take home. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and leave with something beautiful you made yourself.
With only four participants per time slot, this experience stays calm, personal, and unintimidating. A perfect introduction to our studio and the feeling we create here.
