For that reason, links will be sent out to parents of eligible students via email. But the class schedule is provided below.

Session FAQs

  • If you aren’t sure feel free to reach out! Someone will reach out before Early Pricing ends to let you know if your child can advance to Intermediate Sessions.

These decisions are made based on apparatus and everyone must take AT LEAST one beginner session before they can move up to intermediate.

Sometimes your child may need to repeat a beginner sessions before moving up, there is nothing wrong with that! Our #1 goal is to make sure everyone is safely progressing and this is the best way to do that.

  • The links to Intermediate Sessions are not available publicly, it makes it easier for us to ensure only those who have been approved are able to sign up. We will email the links to the parents who have children that qualify for Intermediate Sessions.

  • Yes! Students are welcome to enroll in one or both days (as long as they are the correct level) if they’re interested in learning multiple apparatuses.

  • Yes, sessions are designed to build skills progressively. Attending consistently helps students gain confidence and start to prepare for the Semi-Annual Showcases in June and December.

  • Yes! We will be offering two Intro to Aerials Classes each month for kids (Hoop + Trapeze and Silks + Sling). However, since they are drop in, we cannot guarantee the same level of progression as we can with the Sessions.

  • Drop-Ins are single classes that allow flexibility. Sessions follow a curriculum on a specific apparatus and build skills over 8 weeks.

  • We offer two different levels: Intermediate and Beginner. Your instructor or someone on the staff will reach out individually to let you know if your child is ready to move up to Intermediate Sessions.

  • We completely understand that things happen, unfortunately we don’t have a way to offer make up classes right now.

  • Nope! If your child is enrolled in the specifically labeled Showcase Sessions then they have signed up. We will provide more information about the Showcase shortly before the start of that Session.

  • We have 6 spots available for each regular session and 4 spots available for each Showcase session. We need at least 2 sign ups per session to proceed, but based on who we see regularly, we're hoping that won't be an issue!

PLEASE NOTE if the class has 4 or more people in it, the kids will have to share apparatuses. And, depending on the skills being taught in any given class, the students may be expected to share, this is based on the instructor’s discretion. We expect everyone to be able to share without any issues or complaints.

intro to aerials

We’ll warm up together, learn beginner-friendly shapes and skills, and end with a relaxing cool-down. With a max of 8 students and 4 apparatuses up (hoop, trapeze, silks, sling), students will get plenty of turns on the equipment while also practicing teamwork, patience, and spotting. It’s the perfect way to dip a toe (or a toe point!) into aerial arts.

intro to aerials FAQs

  • The Intro to Aerials classes are 90 minutes long. During the class, your child will work with two apparatuses to learn some basic skills on each.

  • Intro to Aerials classes are $45 per person.

  • None! That’s why we have Beginner Sessions. Intro to Aerials classes are here so you and your child can see what aerial is like before committing to a full 8-week session.

Please understand though, that since our Beginner Sessions start from the beginning, the first class of a session may feel repetitive if your child has taken an Intro to Aerials class. And while we understand there’s sometimes pressure to learn something new every single class, repetition is the best way to ensure your child is being safe in the air.

  • Yes! In fact if you’re waiting for your session to start, we recommend taking one of each of our Intro to Aerials classes.

However, if you sign your child up for two of the same Intro to Aerials classes, there will not be new material. We have carefully curated the classes so everyone learns the same thing, no matter when they take the class.
