youth program

Ready to fly? Our Youth Program has two ways to soar! Join an 8-week session to master one apparatus and watch your skills grow week by week. Or pop into a Saturday drop-in class to try something new, spin around for fun, or sneak in some extra practice time.

Our goal is to help your child progress by offer a more structured curriculum, with a single teacher on a single apparatus. We know this is a different approach than our previous kids classes, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Aerial arts offers a wide range of benefits for kids, including:

  • Improved strength, flexibility, and coordination

  • Enhanced confidence and self-esteem

  • Development of problem-solving skills and spatial awareness

  • Opportunities for socialization and teamwork

  • Stress relief and reduced anxiety

  • A fun and creative outlet for self-expression

    • Yes! Saturday Drop-Ins will continue to be offered in addition to the structured weekday sessions. However, since they are drop in, we cannot guarantee the same level of progression as we can with the Sessions.

    • Drop-Ins are single classes that allow flexibility. Fall Sessions follow a curriculum on a specific apparatus and build skills over 8 weeks, culminating in a small performance.

    • Yes! All sessions are beginner-friendly, with variations and progressions offered based on each student’s experience and comfort.

    • We understand things happen! We'll allow you to attend up to two (2) Saturday Drop-In sessions to make up for missed sessions.

    • Nope! If your child is enrolled in a session, they’re automatically included in the Show & Tell event at the end.

    • We have 6-8 spots available for each session. We need at least 2 sign ups per session to proceed, but based on who we see regularly, we're hoping that won't be an issue! UPDATE: Sessions 1 + 2 have already met the minimum so they will definitely be happening!
