open studio

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we require instructor or owner approval before you can sign up for Open Studio sessions. This is required for every apparatus you want to use. Please don't sign up to try to use a new apparatus.

1. While there is an instructor on location during Open Studio, they are not there to offer instruction or tips. They are there to help with the apparatus, rigging, and any situations that may arise.

2. Open Studio is NOT time for you to try new things. You are welcome to work on skills that you have been taught by a professional or instructor and can successfully do without direct supervision. This means you will NOT teach yourself skills you’ve found online. Open Studio is not meant to replace group classes or private lessons, it is to help you work on skills you have already been taught.

3. There will be multiple apparatus up in the studio, you are not to touch anyone else's. It is one apparatus per hour time slot. You may only use an apparatus

4. There will be no student teaching of any kind during open studio hours. This is strictly for individuals to work and progress on their own time. This includes helping spot or giving tips to other students.

5. Railroad Staff will monitor the security footage regularly. If we see any misconduct to this list, we will revoke Open Studio privileges. If this occurs, there will be no refunds for unused Open Studio credits or packages.

If you haven't been to a class with us or you're a visiting aerialist, please send us an email or message on IG with a video of a recent practice. If you sign up without approval, your attendance will be cancelled and your account will be credited, we will not refund your payment method.
